For a human to survive maintaining good health is also very important. As said by experts from the past “Health is Wealth” has a great importance for today’s generation. As stated by the proverb heath is more important than wealth also people with health are given priority by the society over unhealthy man.

No matter how much wealth a person has if he does not have health he is treated as untouchable by the society except its closest relations because of its constant illness. Even a multi millionaire is treated in a same manner as a common man is treated. So Health should always be given more preference than anything else.

But how can a person be healthy is the first thing which comes in mind of each and every individual. As suggested by all doctors and many medical experts healthy eating is the best option to be healthy. Good food is very important to maintain a good health of an individual. Not every food helps in maintaining health so only selected foods should be consumed by individuals.

Healthy food contains all proteins and vitamins which is good for the proper functioning of human cells and tissues. Human for being healthy should consume many vitamins. Along with vitamins proteins is also required. Survival of human beings is thus dependent on all this vital ingredients. So importance is given to eating healthy food.

Thus healthy eating is now a activity carried by all people. Cleanliness of surrounding also is very important along with consumption of healthy food. The food we eat should be protected by bacterial attack by maintain the surroundings.

Place should be clean to avoid problems of bacterial attacks to the foods we eat. Thus healthy eating is given more priority over quality of food.

Thus surroundings is given more importance then the quality of food. Cleanliness of body before consuming food is also very important. For a perfect maintenance of health cleaning hands, mouth and plates is also very important before eating. Consumption of healthy food is very much important for maintain a good health of human.
