Proper nutrition begins with the purchase

Proper diet with increasing food supply is becoming increasingly difficult. It’s all so fast, pull some pre-package in the microwave and you’re tastes. But whether it is always so healthy?

You are what you eat, is an old saying that refers back more and more attention. Everything we eat and drink every day, is reflected not only in our body shape, but also in our face and especially our feelings. Man is a multi-group, consisting of about 70 billion body cells and 100 trillion times more intestinal bacteria, provided that the bowel is healthy. Each of these tiny creatures needs its own special food to fulfill its intended function perfectly. A life-long eating right is critical to our health and how we age.

The center of our health is the way of the intestine, it is crucial for an intact metabolism and a strong immune system. Intestinal bacteria love everything that grows in the ground, especially healthy fiber. They are sick of too many denatured foods such as sweets and white flour products. They do not like even if you offer them a flavor enhancer, flavorings and colorings. Proper diet means to provide themselves with as many natural and fresh foods.
Proper nutrition requires a fresh selection of food

Germany is full – and still be malnourished, the national food consumption survey showed II from 2008. 87.4% of the population consume enough vegetables and 59% eat enough fruit for many years the German Nutrition Society recommends 5 daily servings of fruits and vegetables to eat. The Americans are already at a recommended 9-12 servings. Proper diet begins with eating a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables. Whole grains should be preferred to white flour products.

Many people eat to fat and eat too much meat. If you eat more vegetables, for example, is enough to satiation a smaller portion of meat. Proper nutrition begins with the purchase. It is worthwhile also to question the advertising of many products critical. Not everything that is advertised as healthy, really healthy. Watch out for hidden fats, on the often high sugar content and the many food additives. Food laboratories are real magicians. Take responsibility for your own eating right and find out about particular so-called “food lies.”
